RAM Truck Automakers Launch Campaign to Help End Hunger

RAM Truck is well known for building pickup trucks that are powerful and capable, that look great, and that offer tons of versatility -- pickup trucks like the 2016 RAM 1500 available from our RAM Truck dealership near Leavenworth here at Victory Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. But RAM Truck is also well known as a good citizen in all the communities where RAM pickup truck drivers live and work. That's why RAM Truck is taking part in a campaign to help put an end to hunger.

RAM Truck announced plans to launch a prominent campaign that not only celebrates the outdoors lifestyle enjoyed by so many RAM truck drivers, but also to raise awareness and support for Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry and their mission to help hunters provide some of the gains from their hunting outings to those who don't have as much to eat.

Throughout the campaign RAM Truck will promote the cause of Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry via social media and digital mediums as well as through print and television, and will feature the hashtag #RamHuntsHunger.

According to Olivier Francois, Chief Marketing Officer at FCA-Global, "RAM has a history of using its marketing voice to connect with audiences in relevant and meaningful ways to make a difference... With the purposeful call-to-action in our new outdoor enthusiast campaign, RAM hopes to inspire and activate the passion of our truck owners to help fight hunger."

"Some of RAM's most passionate fans are huge hunting enthusiasts... Truck owners and outdoor enthusiasts are always willing to lend a helping hand, which is why RAM is heightening awareness of one of the ways they can give back to their local communities this time of year," said Bob Hegbloom, Head of RAM Truck at FCA-North America.

RAM Truck -- and RAM pickup truck drivers -- can help make a difference in our communities and beyond. So be sure to stop in here at Victory Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to check out the 2016 RAM 1500 pickup truck or to learn how you can help put an end to hunger.
